The last announced update for this game was in August 2008. How about throwing us a bone and giving us something new?
Maybe you could start by removing the digging cap on imps. On average, level 15 imps with premium bring back 700 gold. They never bring back more than 1500 despite a full group having a carrying capacity of 2520.

I did not know there was a cap on imps gold digging, so thanks for pointing this out. Now I'll only put them up to lv 7.5 then =P

Sorry, you still need to level them up or you will get even less gold.
