Minor Update and Summer Premium special

You will receive a 50% bonus for each Premium/jewel ticket or package you activate!

We have added a few changes to Dig'N'Fight! The following changes are included:

- You receive 50% more sapphires for each sapphire package purchased; the price of the packages has not changed
- The exchange rate for sapphires in the Premium exchange is now coupled to the size of your dungeon (the sapphire:gold exchange rate is now between 1:50 and the maximum of 1:200, depending on the size of your dungeon)

- The following Premium options have been extended:
-> "Moldy first-aid kit" now includes "Research time: -20%"
-> "Home training made easy" now includes "Training time: -20%"
-> "Hammer of the handyman" now features "Time for trap construction: -20%"
Additionally, the building costs for the "Casino" und "Torture chamber" were decreased so that the price increase for those building is not so dramatically high compared to the increases for other buildings. All other building costs remain the same!
