Ok, this is a new game called MagicDuel... and its a online RPG. Its really well done and pretty amazing so far. It is not finished so the whole community there is helping the project leader to improve the game. The tutorial, chapter 1 and chapter 2 are pretty finished. They are testing chapter 3 and working on making chapter 4.
